What you'll do

Lead and elevate the patient experience from check-in to check-out

Manage scheduling, communications, and daily front desk operations

Confidently discuss finances, memberships, and care plans with patients

Help maintain high standards in collections, scheduling, and follow-through

Support team communication and office flow

Learn and master office software and systems

Help onboard and train future team members

Anticipate needs and solve problems before they become problems

Support community events, workshops, and practice growth initiatives

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $18–22/hour (based on experience, capacity, and leadership potential)

Full-Time Position (30–40 hours/week)

Leadership Track Position

Schedule

Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

No evenings

No weekends

Occasional community events planned in advance
